SidePiece Solutions Return & Refund Policy
At SidePiece Solutions, we get it — sometimes things just don’t work out between you and your gear. We stand behind every custom holster, sheath, and tactical accessory we make. If your SidePiece gear isn’t performing up to standard, here’s how we handle it.
Returns
Because every holster and accessory is custom-built to your specs (colors, clips, attachments, accents — the whole deal), we do not accept returns for custom-made items unless there’s a defect or mistake on our end.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or just plain wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll make it right — repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. We don’t refund shipping costs (because those postal ninjas don’t work for free).
If your item needs to be returned for inspection, you’ll receive a return label from us — no worries there.
Exchanges
Need a different color or attachment after ordering? Unfortunately, once your custom piece hits the press, we can’t swap it out. However, we’re always happy to help you order a new setup that fits your exact needs. Think of it as building your next “everyday carry upgrade.” Some things can be modified even after production such as a different attachment or if you wanted to include washers. But please reach out to us and we may be able to work something out.
Warranty
All SidePiece Solutions products come with a lifetime warranty against manufacturer defects.
If your holster cracks, warps, or loses its snap (and it’s not from something wild like being run over by your truck), we’ll fix or replace it — no charge.
Modifications
At SidePiece Solutions, every holster and accessory is custom-built just for you — from the color and clip to the tiniest washer detail. Once you place your order, our crew moves fast to get your SidePiece into production.
That said, we understand that sometimes you hit “order” and then realize you meant OD Green instead of Tactical Black. It happens.
Here’s how we handle it:
If your order hasn’t entered the production queue yet, you can modify your order — color, attachment type, hand orientation, etc. — by contacting us at sidepieceholster@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order.
We’ll confirm if changes can be made before your holster hits the press.
Once your build is in progress (materials cut, formed, or finished), a select few modifications can be done.
Order Cancellation Policy
At SidePiece Solutions, every holster and accessory is custom-built — no cookie-cutter setups here. Once you lock in your order, we start cutting, molding, and prepping your one-of-a-kind SidePiece. Because of that, cancellations are time-sensitive.
If you change your mind or need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t entered the press, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund — no hard feelings, no questions asked (well, maybe one: what made you hesitate?).
Once your order hits the workbench — meaning materials are cut or forming has begun — it’s officially in production and can no longer be canceled.
At that stage, your holster is being custom-built for you, and we can’t un-bake that Kydex cookie.
If something changes and you no longer want the order, we may still be able to help — contact us to discuss possible options (like store credit or future discounts).
